too much work on the bench I am barely on the site… about the shipping to US, I use boxtale which are a courrier company who work with every major ones (ups fedex and so on) but a very lower price, so I could tell you the price I could get for you only at the moment I ‘ll order one…neck shape and size could be what you want, just ask… weight of the deluxe is around 3.2 kg
